Shipping and Handling Charges
All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 4 pm EST can usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed by Internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.
Ground (UPS) shipping rates are as follows:

We can NOT deliver to PO Boxes, only actual buildings were a signature can be obtained. Shipping is only available to addresses in the continental US (lower 48 states).
Return Policy
Vanguard Security Corporation stands behind every product we sell. Orders may be returned up to 10 calender days from the date of delivery to you and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. For all returns, please e-mail (returns@diyalarms.net) for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.
Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging and be unopened. We only sell new, factory fresh merchandise to our customers. All defective equipment will be replaced with identical item.

Each manufacturer warrants its own product for at least 1 (one) year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase under normal use and service.
