Want to use the 748 siren with the Ademco LynxR or any other system that does
not have enough power output to drive this high-power siren?
This supply includes everything you need to power security devices such as
keypads,motion sensors, smoke detectors when you max out the capability of
your alarm panel's built-in supply.
The AD12612 is a high quality Power Supply producing 12VDC @ 1.2 Amp and
provide a filtered, regulated output with built-in battery charger and automatic
switch over to stand-by battery in the event of a power failure. Includes
self-resetting SmartFuses which eliminate service calls to replace fuses. Ideal
for alarm, access control, and CCTV applications. If driving a high-power siren
such as the 748 use the RBSN relay board below.
Requires Ademco 1361 Transformer sold separately (below).

The PS1213CTB is a high quality Power Supply with a plug-in transformer
and metal can enclosure. Produces 12VDC @ 1.3 Amp and provide a
filtered, regulated output with built-in battery charger and automatic switch
over to stand-by battery in the event of a power failure. Includes
self-resetting SmartFuses which eliminate service calls to replace fuses.
Ideal for alarm, access control, and CCTV applications. The PS1213CTB
includes a 12V 7Ah battery too! If driving a high-power siren such as the
748 use the RBSN relay board below.

Alarm System Backup Batteries
General purpose Genesis NP batteries are designed using proven gas
recombination technology which removes the need for regular water
addition by controlling the evolution of hydrogen and oxygen during
charging. Gas recombination provides the user with freedom to use
lead acid batteries in a wide range of applications.
Tip: Replace backup battery every five years!

RBSN - Relay Module (DPDT)
Double Pole, Double Throw (DPDT) relay module used to trigger high-power
sirens such as the Ademco 748 when using external power supplies. See
Wiring Diagram for wiring details.
